Deadline Sabbatical – With Announcements

Sometimes I think I can do it all. I mean I want to. But life’s circumstances tend to step in and remind me that I am not superwoman (and Tiger is not super muse – much as I might like him to be – or he thinks he is). Too much pushing and my brain cells turn to mush. Maybe his do too. (Metaphorically speaking, of course.)

This year has proven to me that I can’t juggle three books, travel up to five times, and meet some personal needs at the same time. So as much as I do not want to do so, I have decided it is time to “go under” for a deadline sabbatical.

But before I take a summer break from this blog, I want to mention two announcements – in case you are interested.

On July 27 (Saturday) from 3-4 p.m. EST – I will be on FaceBook Live for a chat with the Avid Readers of Christian Fiction book club. If you want to join the club, you can apply here. There is still time to read The Heart of a King during the month of July and join in the chat.

The second event is The Fiction Readers Summit happening August 8-10 in Grand Rapids, MI. I’m excited to spend the weekend connecting with other authors and book lovers, but mostly I’m excited to meet readers like you! Will I see you there?

Save your place at here.

In the meantime, I will pop in now and then on other social media. Follow me on Instagram, FaceBook, or Twitter.

I wish you a blessed and fun summer, and I hope to accomplish much so I can return to share life again in all corners of social media and the real world.

Don’t forget to check out my newsletter for devotionals, contests, and more. You can sign up here.

God be with you. And may you have a wonderful summer!

~Jill
